The Labour MP for Kensington Emma Dent Coad has recently retweeted the message posted by vocal Corbynista which included a quote from Roald Dahl book “The Twits” under a picture of Theresa May and Jeremy Corbyn.
The tweet’s caption promoted a message which joked the PM is growing “uglier and uglier” during her time in office.
The Labour’s activist shared a quote reads: “If a person has ugly thoughts, it begins to show on the face. And when that person has ugly thoughts every day, every week, every year, the face gets uglier and uglier until you can hardly bear to look at it.”
Under a picture of Mr Corbyn, it was quoted: “A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts it will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.”

While Ms Coad’s endorsement of the quote sparked a Twitter backlash, she defended the post, telling Sky News:
“It’s a joke. It’s Roald Dahl. The things I’ve had thrown at me over the last five months you would not believe. I’ve four rounds of death threats. It is ugly.”
“You know making a joke from a Roald Dahl thing, I think is pretty minor compared to what some people get up to every day.”
