Porn Star To Tell Story Of Sexual Relationship With Trump After His Lawyer Violated Terms Of Non-Disclosure Agreement
Daniels now believes she is free to talk about an alleged sexual encounter with Trump in October 2016

Stormy Daniels, an adult film star who has been embroiled in allegations of an affair with President Donald Trump is free to tell her story, her manager said Wednesday.

Manager Gina Rodriguez said Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, is no longer bound by a non-disclosure contract after Trump’s lawyer admitted he paid her.

Daniels’ lawyers are arguing that Michael Cohen violated the terms of a non-disclosure agreement with Daniels when he disclosed this week that he paid the porn star $130,000 of his own money.

Cohen told the New York Times: “Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly,”

“The payment to Ms. Clifford was lawful, and was not a campaign contribution or a campaign expenditure by anyone,” he added.

The Associated Press first reported that Daniels now believes she is free to talk about an alleged sexual encounter with Trump that happened in October 2016 – just a month before the presidential election.

Rodriguez said: “Everything is off now, and Stormy is going to tell her story,”

The Wall Street Journal reported in January that Cohen had paid Daniels to buy her silence about the alleged affair with Trump, although Trump denies the porn star’s claim of a sexual encounter.

“Just because something isn’t true doesn’t mean that it can’t cause you harm or damage,” Cohen said: “I will always protect Mr Trump.”
