US moves to implement the ‘Deal of the Century’ / Has the Palestinian auction process with the help of Arabs begun?
On Friday, while Saudi-led coalition aggressors were carrying out extensive bombardments in various cities of Yemen, the Israeli regime severely wounded almost 200 people by firing directly into the peaceful gatherings along Gaza Strip.

Thousands of Palestinian citizens on Friday participated in Great Return March rallies. The Israeli army forces committed another crime by shooting Palestinian protesters along the Gaza Strip in occupied Palestine.

It must be noted that the Palestinians protest weekly on Friday. They mostly take out peaceful demonstrations to protest against the Israeli aggression in Palestine, and are being severely suppressed every week by armed Zionist forces.

So far, more than 140 Palestinians have been martyred in the marches by Zionist gunmen and more than 15,000 have been injured.

‘The Great Return March’ is a new wave of intifada against the occupation by the Israeli regime and a deliberate move towards US plots against the Palestinians, which has become a serious concern for the Israeli regime and its supporters.

The Internet newspaper site Rai al Youm had recently published an article entitled ‘Return Rallies’ which threatened the Zionists, it stressed that the Israeli army is trying hard to break the resistance of Palestinians with the blood of Palestinian protests.

Nonetheless, Palestinians, including the residents of the Gaza Strip, continued the rallies in the Gaza Strip, placing Palestinian cause at the forefront of international attention.

In such an atmosphere, the Israeli regime seems to be trying to intensify the oppression against Palestinians, in particular the widespread violence against the peaceful demonstration of the Palestinian people by terrorizing them. And silencing the Palestinian protestors is in the framework of the US ‘‘Deal of the Century’.

In fact, the intensification of Israeli violence has coincided with the American delegation’s visit to the region to unveil and implement the conspiracy plot of the Trump’s so called Deal of the Century’ focusing on the removal of the Palestinian cause and complete abolition of rights of the Palestinians.

Meanwhile, despite the escalation of the Israeli regime’s brutality, which has led to difficult conditions for the Palestinians, these measures have not prevented continuing their resistance against the Israeli aggression.

On December 6, 2017, Donald Trump officially declared Quds as the capital of the Israeli regime, and on May 14th, 2018, on 70th anniversary of the Apartheid Israel, moved its embassy from Tel Aviv to Quds.

Within less than a year and a half, during Trump’s stay in the White House, either he and his envoys are in Arab countries, or the heads of Arab regimes are his guests, and some countries have been aligned with the United States and Israel.

Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman met with most of US officials in a nearly three-week trip to the United States. He also went to Britain and France and spent a few days there.

The summary of the visit of the crown prince of Saudi Arabia can be clearly seen in an interview with the American journal “Atlantic” when he acknowledged the existence of the Israeli regime by referring it to the right of Jews to have their ancestral land.

Americans, contrary to all international treaties and in the midst of strong protests from Palestinians and the world liberals, transferred their embassy to Jerusalem. And a little beyond the heavily armed Israeli soldiers, shot the defenseless people who had marched on the eastern borders of Gaza in the occupied Palestine.

However, after this incident, the deadly silence of the leaders of the Arab regimes and now their warm welcome by the US envoys clearly shows that the Palestinian bid has begun.

The Israeli newspaper Haaretz, based on the reliable information on the ‘Deal of the Century’ has revealed, that the deal calls on the Palestinians to accept Abu Deis as the capital of the Palestinian state instead of Quds.

The newspaper adds: According to the plan, Israel must withdraw from the three districts in the north and south of Jerusalem, however, the old part of the city of Quds and the al-Aqsa mosque will remain in full control of Israel.

In fact, as per this deal, the US does not force the occupying regime to withdraw from any settlements in the West Bank. Jordan’s plain area will remain in full control of the regime.

The Palestinian state that will be formed on the basis of this deal, will be disarmament, without any military or heavy weapons.

Haaretz also reported about Jordan’s concerns about the possibility of assigning a role in the management of the Al Aqsa mosque to the Saudis.

In this regard, Walid Jumblatt, Lebanese politician, the leader of Lebanon’s Druze and the leader of the Progressive Socialist Party, referring to recent US moves in the region and the policies of forced displacement in the region, has said that a new Nakba is awaiting Palestinians.

Mr. Jumblatt wrote on his Twitter account that a new Nakba awaits Palestinians in the East. The displacement of the masses in Iraq, and in particular Syria, is the best excuse for Zionists to establish a Jewish government.

Palestinians commemorate the formation of Apartheid Israeli regime as the Nakba day that was formed 70 years ago.

In another response, Mohamed ElBaradei, former vice-president of Egypt and former Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), wrote on his Twitter page: It seems that the US deal seeks to provide economic assistance to the residents of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in order to obtain their consent.

Meanwhile, Saeb Erekat, the secretary-general of the Palestinian Liberation Organization Executive Committee, said the two United States envoys currently touring the region are seeking to end the issue of the Palestinian refugees by annulling the role of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA). The refugee case is an attempt to change the political system in the West Bank and topple the Palestinian leadership.

Palestinian government spokesman Nabil Abu Radina, in response to US moves in the region has called on Washington to stop trying to provide imaginative political alternatives and plans aimed at dividing the Palestinian nation to prevent the formation of a Palestinian state.

Mr. Radina said that the real peace demands adherence to international legitimate resolutions based on the two-state solution for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as the capital and 1967 borders. It can be done through the establishment of a mechanism of international balance that creates a balance and ensures the possibility of returning to the peace process.
